   1. Any designs saved into our program are the property of One-off Jewelry Co. and may be used by us at our discretion. By submitting designs for custom creation, you acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership rights over these designs.
   
   
   2. The design service is free to use. However, to start the actual order process for custom earrings, a non-refundable $10 consultation fee is required. This fee will be deducted from the final cost of the earrings.
   
   
   3. The estimate provided on our website is preliminary and subject to change based on the cost of materials and the complexity of the design. We reserve the right to adjust the final price accordingly.


3. Payment and Fees
   
   
   1. A $10 non-refundable consultation fee is required when submitting a custom design to start the order process.
   
   
   2. The final cost of the earrings will be determined based on the materials and complexity of the design, and the initial estimate provided is not binding.


4. Delivery Policy
   
   
   1. The delivery timeline for custom earrings is dependent on the complexity of the design. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon approval of the final design.


5. Returns and Refunds
   
   
   1. The $10 consultation fee is non-refundable. However, if you decide not to proceed with the order, you may choose an item of equal or lesser value from our website as compensation for this fee.
   
   
   2. If you are not satisfied with the final product, you may receive store credit or a 50% refund of the final cost of the earrings.


6. Liability and Disclaimers
   
   
   1. One-off Jewelry Co. makes no guarantees regarding the exact replication of custom designs due to variations in materials and craftsmanship.
   
   
   2. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the product.
